Co-Developed with RIDE, Ride Plus is a support app for the RIDE app, offering a variety of services for both drivers and customers. RIDE Plus simplifies payments, allowing customers to subscribe to a prepaid transport program and pay their fares directly through the app. Drivers can also receive payments and purchase Ride credit without needing to visit a bank or use third-party wallet apps.
Another key feature of RIDE Plus is the ability for drivers to initiate and track street pickup trips directly from the app, a widely used feature. Building on this, we plan to integrate eFloat to centralize and streamline all Telebirr driver agent activities. This integration will enable agents to buy airtime for customers, handle cash-in and cash-out transactions for Telebirr accounts, and recharge their agent accounts through our service.
